Depends on the US State and year of birth, male circumcision is still being performed, especially in city hospitals, despite the procedure being deemed potentially unsafe and therefore all but banned in other English-speaking countries http://www.mgmbill.org/statistics.html
There has been a general movement towards decreasing the rates all across the US… But there is a medical industry behind it using the foreskins in cosmetic products https://circumcisionthepainfuldilemma.wordpress.com/chapter-21/ it all goes back to Pfizer

Other English-speaking countries have all but banned it except for religious exceptions.
